Hey, I’m Alex. I’m a 3rd generation entrepreneur with over 15 years experience in sales, over 10 years as a manager and coach, and over 6 years as a channel for people to find empowering information.

When I moved into Real estate sales, I closed $7.5M in my first year, in one of the most competitive, crowded, and noisy markets in the country. I got to that number by realizing there's no one-size-fits-all playbook, no script or brokerage formula that works the same way for every agent, and that the agents who thrive are the ones who find the approach that's uniquely theirs.

That's the spirit Intuitive Agent is built on. I've lived the split-commission grind, the no-base-salary pressure, and the churn of chasing leads instead of relationships. My goal is to catalyze and empower agents to reach their highest potential in a way that's authentically theirs, not a copy of someone else’s success playbook.

I live in New York City with my family, and more tarot decks than I can reasonably justify, keeping my world part practical, part mystical, and always intentional.
